The productions, the animations are the business' products.
The YT channel is the main source of income. Advertisements are made on Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube for the business, but Youtube is where the actual products, or projects as they're called, are uploaded.
The scripts are written, the animators and actors play their parts, it gets published on Youtube, we make money, and that's that.
Rect Productions pays similar to the movie industry. When the movie reports its earnings, then the workers are paid. The writers, the voice actors, the animators, the songwriters, everyone gets what they worked for. In the same way, the workers will be paid only when the net gain of the Production is earned.
